Welcome to the food odyssey that is Uniquely Singapore! Let your taste buds run wild with a plethora of preserved fruits, cookies and candies. Be sure to sample a Chinese favourite, the sweet and succulent ‘Bak Kwa’, also known as barbecued meat. Another must-try is the ‘Yu Sheng’ – an ingenious salad of fish slices, finely grated vegetables, sesame seeds and peanuts.

A definite palate pleaser. The sweet ‘Nian Gao’ (sticky cake) promises to hit the right spot, leaving you craving for more.

Smell the tempting aroma of something roasting? Then it must be the 'Bak Kwa'! This delectable succulent meat is sure to melt in your mouth.
